My girlfriend has a HP Officejet 5610 (all-in-one). Great printer, which was working perfectly in Windows XP.
After an upgrade to Windows 7, margins stopped printing perfectly ... :-( ...
This is how the normal document looks like:

I really tried a lot of things to fix this issue. I even contacted 3 computer stores to help me out on this, but all of them failed in fixing my problem.
I think the closest solution can be found here. Search for the post by DaniW HP Administrator, posted on 02-24-2009 01:55 PM.
The 3 possible solutions are here:
- HP Photosmart, Officejet, and Deskjet Products - The Product Does Not Print the Bottom Border on the Page in Windows
- HP Officejet, Photosmart, and Deskjet Products - Printed Text is Cut Off on the Last Line of the Page in Windows
- HP Officejet, Photosmart, and Deskjet Products - Printed Text is Cut Off on the Last Line of the Page in Windows Vista
However, none of these solutions fixed the issue ... So, I'm still looking for the solution.
IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME OUT, PLEASE PUT A COMMENT! :-)
