How to see if your Windows machine is swapping?

  • Choose Start
  • Typ and launch Performance Monitor (perfmon.msc)
  • Choose Monitoring Tools > Performance Monitor
  • Choose Add ...
  • Locate Pages Input/Sec in the Memory section
  • The higher the number, the higher your Windows machine is swapping
